Washington Redskins score touchdown thanks to The Slants’ trademark win in Supreme Court


The Supreme Court has unanimously ruled that the government can’t cancel the trademark for an Asian band named the Slants because some might deem it offensive. The decision was also a rare off-the-field victory for a professional football team.
